House Majority Leader Denise Merrill has appointed Quinnipiac University professor emeritus of law Martin Margulies to the Citizens Ethic’s Advisory Board. Margulies appointment brings membership up to seven and allows the board some breathing room as their quorum number is six. Rep. Merrill chose Margulies for his experience working with the Connecticut Center for First Amendment Rights and the ACLU. To read more, click here.
